On the purpose of an autochlorinator

Manual treatment of water often leads to over-treating or under-treating pool and spa water. It is more expensive, takes more time, contributes to swimmer discomfort, and impacts water safety.

Let’s discuss the reasons for having an autochlorinator, what it is, and what it will be.

  • Less maintenance: Your spa is a luxury. How can we eliminate the additional burden?
  • More confidence in water safety: The average spa owner is a person, not a chemist. Many people are allergic to chlorine at some level. How can we know that our water is swim-able?
  • More efficient chemical usage: Checking water manually is prone to error (and forgetfulness!). Can it be set-it-and-forget-it?
